Heart 2 Heart is Redmond UMC's Congregational and Pastoral Care Team. 


Heart 2 Heart coordinates cards, pastoral visits, prayer shawls, meals, grief packets, and phone calls to those who need it in our congregation and to those outside of our church walls in the wider community.
