At Redmond UMC, the work of the church is shared through Ministry Teams – groups of leaders and volunteers who help guide, shape, and sustain our life together. Each team brings unique gifts: Church Council provides vision and direction, Finance stewards resources faithfully, Trustees care for our building and grounds, Staff-Parish Relations supports staff and their ministries, the Justice Team leads us in living out our call to justice and equity, the Worship Team nurtures creative and meaningful worship, and Welcome & Hospitality ensures that everyone feels embraced in God’s love.
